In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Your access to and use of 2jabet is conditional upon your acceptance of and compliance with this Agreement. This Agreement applies to all visitors, registered players, and any other person who accesses any part of the 2jabet platform.

By completing the registration process, ticking the acceptance checkbox during sign-up, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you represent and warrant that:

• You have read this Agreement in full and understand its contents;
• You are at least 21 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement;
• You are not accessing 2jabet from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party;
• All information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

2jabet reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform following publication of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Players are responsible for reviewing this page periodically.

To be eligible for a 2jabet account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are aged 21 years or above;
• You are a natural person (corporate registrations are not accepted);
• You have not previously had a 2jabet account suspended or terminated for cause;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 2jabet or any of its affiliated suppliers;
• Online gambling is not prohibited under the laws of your country or state of residence to the extent applicable to your personal use.

During registration, you are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact email address, and a valid mobile number. This information must be accurate. 2jabet may request documentary evidence to verify any detail provided at registration, including government-issued identification and proof of address.

2jabet reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Registration does not guarantee continued access to the platform.

Single Account Policy: Each player may hold only one registered account on 2jabet. Maintaining more than one account — whether under the same name, email address, device, payment method, or IP address — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances forfeited.

Account Security: You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your 2jabet account;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party;
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly on shared devices;
• Notify 2jabet support immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

2jabet will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials. Any activity conducted under your credentials will be treated as authorised by you unless you have reported a security breach to 2jabet prior to the activity in question.

Account Verification (KYC): 2jabet may require identity verification at any point, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or upon detecting unusual account activity. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by 2jabet may result in account suspension pending completion.

All financial transactions on 2jabet are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and standard bank transfer.

Deposits:

• Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance upon confirmation from the payment provider;
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day, as displayed in the cashier section of your account;
• 2jabet does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in your name. Third-party deposits will be refunded and may trigger a compliance review;
• 2jabet does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit into the same account or to verified bank accounts in the player's own name;
• KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal can be processed;
• 2jabet reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation for any withdrawal at its discretion;
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours for verified accounts; bank transfers may take 2–5 business days;
• Bonus balances are not withdrawable until associated wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.

The following rules apply to all wagering activity on the 2jabet platform, including sports betting, live casino, slots, and all other game types:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 2jabet does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after confirmation, except where an obvious error by 2jabet has occurred;
• In the event of a technical failure or service interruption that affects the outcome of a game or bet, 2jabet reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the player's balance;
• 2jabet reserves the right to void any bet placed on markets that were opened or priced in error, including obvious pricing mistakes. Any winnings paid in respect of such bets may be reclaimed;
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market, as displayed at the point of placing each wager;
• For live cricket and PSL betting, markets are subject to suspension or closure during play. Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided and stakes returned;
• Casino games use certified RNG technology. All outcomes are mathematically random and independently verifiable. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are available for each game within the game information panel;
• 2jabet is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of a player's misunderstanding of game rules or betting markets.

2jabet offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms:

• Each bonus offer is subject to specific wagering requirements that must be met in full before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in PKR terms at the point of each offer;
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address;
• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings that exceed the wagering requirement threshold become eligible for withdrawal;
• 2jabet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice and to cancel bonuses that have been claimed in breach of these terms;
• Players who 2jabet determines to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to exploit wagering requirements — may have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts reviewed;
• Free spin winnings are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable promotion;
• Bonus balances expire after the period specified in the relevant offer. Expired bonus balances and any associated winnings will be removed from the account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 2jabet platform:

• Fraud: Any attempt to defraud 2jabet or other players, including the use of stolen payment instruments, false identity documents, or fabricated transaction records;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, casino, or sportsbook market;
• Match Fixing: Placing wagers with knowledge of, or involvement in, any pre-arranged outcome in any sporting event;
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorised chargeback or payment reversal with your payment provider after depositing funds into your 2jabet account. All chargeback disputes will be contested;
• Money Laundering: Using the 2jabet platform to deposit, cycle, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing their origin or laundering proceeds of any unlawful activity;
• Arbitrage: Systematic exploitation of pricing discrepancies between 2jabet and other betting platforms in a manner that constitutes abuse of our markets;
• Automated Wagering: Use of bots, scripts, AI tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the 2jabet platform without prior written authorisation;
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one 2jabet account for any reason, including circumventing bonus restrictions or account suspensions.

All content published on the 2jabet platform — including but not limited to the 2jabet logo, brand name, website design, game interfaces, software, text, images, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 2jabet or its licensed content suppliers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 2jabet platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any 2jabet content without prior written authorisation;
• Scraping, data-mining, or extracting odds, game data, or any other information from the 2jabet platform in bulk;
• Creating derivative works based on 2jabet content, software, or design;
• Using the 2jabet name, logo, or branding in any manner that could suggest an endorsement or affiliation not expressly authorised by 2jabet.

Any unauthorised use of 2jabet intellectual property will be treated as a material breach of this Agreement and may give rise to legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 2jabet shall not be liable to you for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or business opportunity;
• Any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss or damage of any kind;
• Losses arising from third-party payment provider failures, banking delays, or network outages beyond 2jabet's reasonable control;
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security;
• Losses arising from your reliance on inaccurate game odds, statistics, or event information published on the platform where such inaccuracy is due to a third-party data feed error.

The 2jabet platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other malicious components. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur. Where a platform failure directly causes a financial loss to a player's account, 2jabet will review the matter and apply a reasonable remedy at its discretion.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit 2jabet's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

2jabet collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and should be read alongside it.

By registering a 2jabet account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account administration, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and — where you have opted in — marketing communications.

2jabet will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with third-party payment processors and game providers is limited to what is strictly necessary for the provision of those services.

2jabet is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players. We believe that gaming should remain a form of entertainment and never become a financial burden or a source of harm.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to every 2jabet account holder and may be activated at any time from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit;
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold per day, week, or month after which further wagering is restricted;
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for individual gaming sessions;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and request exclusion from all 2jabet marketing communications. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

2jabet fully enforces the 21+ age restriction. Any player found to be under 21 will have their account closed immediately, any deposits refunded, and any winnings forfeited. Parents and guardians are advised to make use of parental control software to prevent underage access to gambling websites.

Termination by You: You may close your 2jabet account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Before closure, any verified Real Money Balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method, subject to completion of all applicable KYC checks. Bonus balances will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure unless wagering requirements have already been met.

Termination by 2jabet: 2jabet reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement;
• Engagement in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 8;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during KYC;
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months without any login or transaction activity;
• A request or requirement from a relevant regulatory, law enforcement, or financial intelligence authority.

Upon termination for cause, 2jabet may withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where a player is found to have engaged in fraud or Prohibited Conduct, all balances — real money and bonus — may be forfeited in their entirety.

2jabet may amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, 2jabet will publish a notice on the platform and update the effective date displayed at the top of this page.

It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. Your continued use of the 2jabet platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to arrange closure of your account.

2jabet will not apply amendments retrospectively to bets already placed or transactions already completed at the time the amendment takes effect.

This Agreement shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which 2jabet operates. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the 2jabet platform, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: In the first instance, raise your concern with the 2jabet support team via live chat. The majority of account and transaction issues are resolved at this stage within 48 hours;
• Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If your concern is not resolved to your satisfaction at Step 1, you may submit a formal written complaint to [email protected]. 2jabet will respond to formal complaints within 10 business days;
• Step 3 — Escalation: Where a complaint remains unresolved after Step 2, the matter may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body under the jurisdiction governing 2jabet's operating licence.

You agree that any claim or dispute arising in connection with this Agreement must be brought within twelve (12) months of the date on which the cause of action arises. Claims brought outside this limitation period will not be entertained.
